Products

Do you have retail stores?

We do not have direct retail outlets. However, we are in the process of establishing local distribution throughout the country. Please refer to the Dealers page for the current list of retailers.

Is assembly required?

Some products require minor assembly. If you have any questions, please call us at +1.650.947.4863 between 8:30AM and 6PM M-F Pacific time.

Ordering

Due to rules from credit card processors, some of our products cannot be purchased online. For products that can’t be purchased online, please contact us directly (sales@fongadonga.com T: +1/650.947.4863) and make certain you include all the following information in your order:

  4. 4.  Finish (if an option)
  5. 5.  Options (if any)

  7. 7.  Shipment destination address & contact information (including your phone number)

  9. 9.  Special instructions for delivery, if any. These include: Notification call before delivery, liftgate service, delivery time schedule.

Please note that special delivery instructions may incur additional charges. All orders are subject to fonga donga’s Terms and Conditions of Sale which may be accessed from our website.

Is my order subject to tax?

If you are in the state of California and do not have a sellers permit, you will be charged tax. We all must do our bit to save this state. Orders outside California will not be charged tax.

Is shipping included in the product’s price?

For our retail customers, product shipping is included within the product’s price for delivery within the continental US. Please contact us for the fees associated with shipping outside of the continental US. Please also see the document titled “Terms and Conditions of Sale” on our website.

For our trade customers, when your order is received, fonga donga will add the appropriate shipping and handling charges to it, and the total amount due (product price, S&H, taxes (if any)) will be stated in the order acknowledgement. As stated in the fonga donga Terms and Conditions of Sale, these charges are for shipment FOB Los Altos, California, freight prepaid and allowed to a single destination.

For replacement parts for any of our products, fonga donga will add the appropriate shipping and handling charges to it, and the total amount due (product price, S&H, taxes (if any)) will be stated in the order acknowledgement.

Can I request expedited fabrication/shipping for an additional fee?

Depending on the product, this may be possible. Please call or email us (sales@fongadonga.com) to see.

Is this item in stock?

Most products are built to order, so please anticipate a lead time of 4 – 6 weeks between order placement and shipment.

What is the lead time on my order?

Estimated lead times will be quoted on your order acknowledgement. Typically, lead times run between 4 – 6 weeks.

What is the status of my order?

Please give us a call or email us (support@fongadonga.com) to check on the status.

Anything else I should know about ordering?

All orders are governed by fonga donga’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please review them carefully prior to ordering.

Shipping

Where do your products ship from?

Products are shipped FOB, Los Altos, CA, USA.

What type of delivery should I expect?

Your order will be shipped via the most efficient method and will depend on factors such as size, weight, and your location. Smaller products will be shipped via a carrier, such as UPS, to your door. Other larger items will be shipped by a freight carrier for delivery to your home or warehouse. For our retail customers, some products are shipped with white glove service in which the product will be delivered inside your home, uncrated, positioned in the ground floor room of choice, and the packing material removed. Some minor light assembly can also be performed (no plumbing, electrical work or drilling of mounting holes). Please give us a call or email us (support@fongadonga.com) if you have any questions.

Do we ship outside the continental US?

We’ll ship anywhere (except off planet). For shipping outside the continental US, please contact us as freight rates and customs duties must be calculated on a per order basis.

Returns & Exchanges

What is our return policy? How do I return an item?

Please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale. An order may be cancelled only upon approval by fonga donga. Such a request for cancellation will only be considered within a day or two of order placement. Product returns must be authorized in writing by fonga donga LLC. Please contact Customer Service at support@fongadonga.com.

Do you work with architects and interior designers?

Absolutely! We are most pleased to work with members of the trade to help you deliver unique and fun solutions on-time to your clients.

Do you offer trade pricing or volume discounts?

Trade pricing and volume discounts are available with a tax ID or resale/seller’s permit. Please email sales@fongadonga.com or call us for further information.
